The Japanese owner of fashion retailer Uniqlo has selected 116 Marylebone Lane, W1, for its new London HQ.
Fast Retailing Co is in negotiations to take a 10-year lease on the Howard De Walden Estate’s 8,124 sq ft grade-A office scheme. Rents at the property – which has recently undergone a Morrow + Lorraine-designed makeover – average £69 per sq ft.
The firm is looking to move from its smaller Oxford Street office after sales rose by 21% to ¥1.38tn (£8.1bn) in the year to 31 August.
