Unite beds down in Coventry

Unite Students is poised to build a £13m, 280-bedroom student development in Coventry city centre.UNITE-logo-THUMB.jpeg

Subject to planning consent, the scheme will be open in time for the 2017-2018 academic year.

The development will be located close to an existing Unite property, neighbouring Coventry university

Richard Simpson, managing director of property at Unite Students, said: “We are delighted to have secured another excellent site in a strong regional location in line with our development strategy.

“Our properties in Coventry have performed well over the past 10 years and this new property will help meet the growing demand for student accommodation in the city.”

Unite Students houses 43,000 students in 130 bespoke schemes across 23 university towns and cities in the UK.
