Student accommodation provider Unite has sold the freehold interest in 26 & 26a Park Street, Bristol, for £668,000 to a private investor.
The five storey 1750s building is let to fashion retailer Cara London which has a 25 year lease from December 1997 at a passing rental of £15,925 pa.
