Unite Group has reinstated its dividend as it predicts that it will return to full occupancy by the start of the next academic year.
Britain’s biggest provider of student accommodation, which has about 74,000 beds in 177 properties, said that occupancy was currently at 65%.
Chief executive Richard Smith said he did not believe demand would be affected by n increase in remote learning.
