Student accommodation specialist Unite Group saw the value of its UK Student Accommodation Fund’s property portfolio rise 1.1% in the final quarter of last year taking its value to £2.25m – up 5% over the full year.
Its London Student Accommodation Joint Venture investment portfolio was valued at £1.2m, up 2.7% on a like-for-like basis in the three month period to 31 December, and 8.4% over 2018.
