Unite Students has won planning for a 1,085-bed scheme in Liverpool near to Lime Street Station.
The development will be built alongside Unite’s Grand Central student village housing more than 2,500 students in a combined building.
Unite’s total development pipeline for the next three years is now more than 5,000 beds.
The site has a total development cost of around £70m. It was bought in April and is expected to be finished in time for the 2019/20 academic year.
