The University of Portsmouth has bought St Andrews Court in Portsmouth, Hampshire, for £7m.
The university will use the 70,000 sq ft property, on St Michael’s Road, for offices and teaching.
Jones Lang LaSalle acted for vendor Land Registry. Hellier Langston advised the university.
The university has also instructed Hellier Langston to sell its 7,000 sq ft building at 1 Guildhall Walk.
