Telereal Trillium has let 60,000 sq ft at Argyle House in Edinburgh to the University of Edinburgh on a 10-year lease.
Argyle House comprises 220,000 sq ft of recently refurbished office space at 3 Lady Lawson Street in Edinburgh’s city centre.
The university will install its IT division over five floors of the grade-B listed building, bringing its total occupancy up to 80%.
Matthew Walsh, commercial estate director at Telereal Trillium, said: “This letting is one of the biggest office lettings of grade-B space in Edinburgh city centre for a number of years.”
