CBRE has sold Updown Court to an unnamed Middle Eastern businessman for £36m.
The Exchequer earned £1.8m in stamp duty from the sale of the 27-bedroom property set in 58 acres near Windlesham, Surrey. CBRE acted as receiver for Ireland’s National Asset Management Agency.
