Urban Exposure has appointed Graeme Alfille-Cook as chief strategy officer.
Alfille-Cook will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the AIM-listed residential developer and asset manager’s origination and capital raising strategy.
He will join on 2 September from Apex Airspace Development, where he worked as a consultant and closed debt facilities with Homes England and the GLA.
Prior to this, he was managing director at Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets for three years after spending more than 24 years at Lloyds Banking Group, where he held positions including relationship director and director of liquidity structures.
Commenting on the appointment, Randeesh Sandhu, chief executive of Urban Exposure, said: “Graeme is an important addition to the executive team and brings a wealth of valuable experience, having worked for nearly three decades in development finance. That will be invaluable as we deliver our growth strategy in the coming years.”
