Urban Exposure is to provide a senior debt facility for the development of 170 flats at ESRG’s Development at St Anne’s Court in Birmingham.
The finished scheme in Digbeth, near the city centre, will have a GDV of more than £30m.
The non-bank lender said the deal supported its regional lending strategy to access residential-led schemes in cities with strong economic growth and housing demand.
