Urban Exposure has completed its first deal in its new joint venture with US private equity firm EJF Capital, providing an £11.4m loan to develop 14 flats with an end value of £48m at Otto Schiff House, Finchley, NW3, being developed by Zen Developments.
Last month Urban Exposure and EJF agreed a jv that aims to plough £2bn into the London and South East by providing senior and stretch senior debt, mezzanine finance and bridge finance to developers of residential-led projects.
