Salad bar chain Urban Greens will open its fifth site in the next three months in the City.
Co-founder Rushil Ramjee said the chain was encouraged to push for further growth by the office occupation data they were seeing from landlords, as businesses tell staff to return to their desks.
It plans to open another City site later this year and another in west London.
