British Land and London & Stamford have signed up premium fashion brand, Urban Outfitters, to their Sheffield shopping centre, Meadowhall.
Urban will open an 11,000 sq ft store in the Park Lane mall next Easter. The retailer, which has taken on a 15-year lease, joins a number of new names at the centre, including FR by Fashion Rocks and independent designer retailer Van Mildert.
Claire Barber, British Land’s asset manager for Meadowhall, said: “The brand will be a strong addition to the current retail offer, and will further grow our fashion credentials. This store highlights the attractiveness of Meadowhall and its appeal as a thriving retail destination.”
