Urban Splash has revealed plans for its redevelopment of Stubbs Mill in New Islington, Manchester.
Working with Architects SixTwo, Urban Splash is creating 27,500 sq ft of commercial space at the mill, which operated from 1880 to 1930.
Other Urban Splash heritage developments in the Manchester area include the Albert Mill in Castlefield, Smithfield in the Northern Quarter and Longlands in Stalybridge.
Pricing for the scheme would start at £12.50 per sq ft, Urban Splash said.
