Hereford Futures has begun marketing the first phase of the city’s proposed Urban Village scheme in Herefordshire.
Planning permission for the first phase was granted in August with Sanctuary Group securing outline permission for a 60-bed extra care building and a further 132 homes for sale.
Initial expressions of interest are being sought by Hereford Futures on behalf of Herefordshire council.
The 800-home village is part of the regeneration area that includes Stanhope and British Land’s 300,000 sq ft retail and leisure scheme at Old Market.
