PRS specialist urbanbubble has been selected to manage Elliott Group’s entire residential portfolio, including the £50m Baltic Tower in Liverpool.
The instruction will see Manchester-based urbanbubble take on all aspects of the property, facility and tenant management of the residential portfolio, which also includes The Residence, a £70m high-end residential development overlooking the River Irwell in Manchester.
Eight schemes across Liverpool and the 106-unit Victoria House in Leeds are also included in the portfolio.
Elliott Group director Elliot Lawless, said the group was investing more than £450m into 15 projects over the next three years.
