Jon Di-Stefano, chief executive of Telford Homes, has been appointed as a member of Urban&Civic’s audit committee.
He joined Telford Homes as financial director in 2002 and was appointed as chief executive in 2011.
Previously, he spent one year with Mothercare, following five years with Arthur Andersen.
Alan Dickinson, Urban&Civic chairman, said: “[Jon] has a strong financial and strategic management background with many years’ experience in the housing market, which will complement the existing Board. We look forward to benefiting from his skills and experience.”
