Unibail-Rodamco-Wesfield has completed the sales of three office buildings in Paris for €213m (£182m).
The investor has sold Village 4 and 6 to institutional funds managed by Perial AM, after selling Village 3 to a fund managed by La Francaise Real Estate Managers.
The three assets are located at the Villages de l’Arche complex, comprising seven buildings spanning 650,000 sq ft in the La Defense area of the city.
Completion of the deals brings total disposals to €800m against a programme to release €4bn.
