General Electric and US aviation company Nordam Group are to build the European headquarters of their new aerospace venture in Blackwood, South Wales.
The joint venture, Nordam Europe, will construct a 9,290 sq m (100,000 sq ft) headquarters building at a cost of £6m. The company aims to begin operations next May.
