US car-parts giant Dana Corporation has continued its disposal programme with the sale of four office buildings in Farnborough, Hampshire, to Robert Tchenguiz’s vehicle R20.
The properties, situated next to Farnborough airport, form part of BAE’s head office in the UK.
BAE occupies the 255,000 sq ft (23,689 sq m) of offices on leases with 14 years to run at a current rent of £11.38m pa.
