Us & Co to offload two London flex offices

Us & Co has appointed Allsop to sell two sites in its London portfolio for a combined £28.8m.

The serviced offices operator is offloading 7 Harp Lane, EC3, which has 10,867 sq ft of recently refurbished flexible office space and is 100% let to 11 occupiers. The long leasehold interest is being marketed for £13.7m – a net investment yield of 8.43%.

The company is also selling 11 Burford Road, E15, with 30,000 sq ft of flex space, and is seeking offers over £15.1m for the freehold interest – a net investment yield of 8.15%. The building is 97.5% occupied, with 50 tenants.
