Automated Packaging Systems is moving from Tewkesbury to the 24ha (60-acre) Enigma Park, Malvern, Hereford & Worcester. The American company has paid £538,000 for a 1.9ha (4.8 acre) site on which it intends building a 4,645 sq m (50,000 sq ft) factory. This will be the first major industrial unit to be built at Enigma Park.
Chesterton represented APS while Strutt & Parker and Alder King acted jointly for the vendor, Madresfield Estate.
