Arrivia on the move to new EMEA headquarters

US travel loyalty company Arrivia has taken space at London & Regional Properties’ Belmont House in Uxbridge, west London, for its new EMEA headquarters.

The firm has taken 8,300 sq ft in the 129,676 sq ft grade-A office block, which is home to occupiers including mobile phone provider Giffgaff, information management solutions firm PFU, Orega and Optical Express.

It has signed an eight-year lease for part of the second floor at £29.50 per sq ft. The company will be moving to the Belmont office from its previous location in the Atrium in Uxbridge town centre.

Nuno Martins, director of site operations, Europe at Arrivia, said the move shows the company’s “long-term commitment to Uxbridge as a key strategic location for the business”.

Zoe Malone of London & Regional Properties said the deal was “further proof of Uxbridge cementing its reputation as a magnet for businesses in a thriving town.”

Hanover Green and Colliers acted for LRP.
