US packaging company Automated Packaging Systems has bought the freehold of a 1.82ha (4.5-acre) plot of land on Opus 3, a retail and business park in Malvern, Hereford & Worcester, for an undisclosed sum.
APS bought the land from the park’s owners, the Trustees of the late Lord Beauchamp. The company plans to build a plant to manufacture polythene.
Chesterton represented APS. Strutt & Parker advised the Trustees of the late Lord Beauchamp.
