Minnesota-based insurance group The St Paul Companies is negotiating to buy two agencies managing syndicates at Lloyd’s of London. If the deal goes through, St Paul will be the latest in a string of investors from the US and Bermuda. The two agencies are Cassidy Davis and Gravett & Tilling.
