A&A Europe Holdings, part of US-based A&A Investment, has made its second UK purchase, buying Bentima House on Old Street, EC1, from Asda Property.
The 34,000 sq ft (3,159 sq m) multilet office building fetched £7.3m.
Allsop & Co and Michael Elliott advised Asda; Jones Lang LaSalle advised A&A.
