Beacon Capital Partners has announced two new lettings to US law firms at City Point tower in the Square Mile.
Willkie Farr & Gallagher has signed for 12,781 sq ft on the 27th floor.
Winston Strawn has leased the 29th floor and part of the 30th floor, totalling 18,924 sq ft.
Both tenants signed 10-year leases with five-year break clauses.
Around 26,000 sq ft remains vacant in the 704,800 sq ft building following the deals.
Beacon now plans to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment of the entrance hall commencing in October, with further capital investment planned over the next two to three years.
