Hull’s Urban Regeneration Company Citybuild has appointed Adam Wasserman, a regeneration expert from the US, as its chief executive.
Wasserman joins from Arlington Economic Development in Washington DC, where he was a director.
He has overseen projects including the Washington Science High Technology Center and has worked in Texas and Maryland.
Citybuild, chaired by David Taylor, is promoting regeneration projects including the £165m St Stephens shopping centre development and the Island Wharf office scheme.
