Universities Superannuation Scheme has issued a protective writ against DTZ Debenham Thorpe.
USS is claiming damages for losses incurred as a result of the agents alleged negligence at the Telford Shopping Centre in Telford. At issue is the running of service charge accounts for the centre.
In a statement USS said: “Both USS and DTZ are confident that the matter will be resolved by negotiation with the third party. DTZ retain the full confidence of USS and are currently advising USS in respect of future expansion plans at Telford.”
