The 140,000-sq ft Uxbridge One office scheme in Uxbridge Road, Hillingdon, is a joint development by Land Securities and the Lysander Group and not as stated on p3 of our April 8 issue.
The development is currently completely available and a marketing campaign is due to begin next month. Letting agents Pepper Angliss & Yarwood and Jones Lang Wootton are quoting a rent in excess of £35 per sq ft.
