F&C REIT has been given the go-ahead to turn a vacant industrial estate into a residential and care home scheme.
It will convert the 16.5-acre Dukeminster industrial estate in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, into a development comprising 170 family homes, a 75-bed care home and 83-bed extra care assisted living facility.
The extra care facility has been pre-sold to Central Bedfordshire council, while Quantum Care has bought the care home.
