Vail Williams has appointed Matthew Samuel-Camps as its new chief executive.
Ian Rudland is stepping down after 17 years in the role, but will continue as a partner in the business.
Rudland said: “Leading the firm as it has grown from strength to strength has been a great experience and I am now looking forward to continuing to work with clients and helping to deliver continued growth in our business. At the same time, I will be working to support Matthew in his new role.”
