Valad Europe has appointed Claire Treacy chief financial officer following the departure of Fraser Kennedy to Kennedy Wilson Europe.
Treacy has been with fund manager Valad for over 10 years, previously as the head of tax and risk at the company.
In her new role Treacy will responsible for debt origination, corporate finance functions and ongoing finance operations.
Treacy has experience of previous fund launches both through her work on Valad’s VEDF, V+ Nordic, V+ Nordic 2 and other funds, and also in her previous role at KPMG, where as senior tax manager she specialised in European fund structuring.
