Valad launches Scottish business park

Valad has unveiled plans for a 400,000 sq ft office, retail and leisure park north of Stirling in Scotland.

The 36-acre scheme is being brought forward by Valad’s Stirling Development Agency, a 50/50 joint venture between Valad Europe and Stirling council.

The Kildean Business Park, which has secured detailed planning consent, will comprise a range of office pavilions including one of around 100,000 sq ft.

Andy Richardson, Valad’s head of UK development, said: “The acquisition of 36 acres from The Crown Estate provides an excellent location for SDA to develop the Kildean Business Park.

“Once complete, the business park will complement another successful SDA development, the nearby 236,000 sq ft Castle Business Park, providing local jobs and increasing economic stimulus across the region.”
