Valor makes five senior promotions in latest round

Valor Real Estate Partners has made eight promotions across the business, including five senior appointments.

The last-mile specialist said the promotions form part of its ambition to double its AUM to more than €6bn (£5bn) by 2026. The promotions span Valor’s investment, asset management, development and financing functions.

In the UK, Will Outram has been promoted to vice president in the asset management team. Having joined Valor in 2022, he is credited with delivering around £3m of annual rental growth and managing the business’s circa 3m sq ft UK portfolio. He is also head of ESG in the UK arm.

Other senior appointments were based in France. Those included Ben Brunschwig (pictured), who has been promoted to principal in the investment division. Brunschwig, who is based in Paris, joined Valor in 2018. He has overseen more than €600m of acquisitions in France, across circa 35 transactions.

Margaux Gautreau has been promoted to senior vice president. Gautreau joined Valor in 2019 and is part of a three-strong asset management team in France. She is responsible for around 5.4m sq ft of French last-mile assets and has overseen circa 50 lease events.

Alexandre Massot-Bordenave has been promoted to vice president, also in the asset management division. Since joining Valor in 2022, he has completed some 117,000 sq ft of leasing activity, while overseeing the refurbishment and development of about 504,000 sq ft of French last-mile assets. He is also head of ESG for the France operation.

Jonathan Muller, who joined Valor in 2019, has been promoted to vice president in the development business. He leads development activities in France, where has played a key role in the deployment of circa €400m across around 25 deals, ranging from core properties to ground-up developments.

Valor also promoted Pierre Richard and Camille Daulne to senior associate positions within the development and finance and operations departments respectively, while Marcus Guillemant has become an associate in the finance and operations segment.

Christian Jamison, managing partner at Valor, said: “Since founding the business, the senior team has been committed to investing in our people and nurturing in-house talent, and Ben, Margaux, Alexandre, Will, Jonathan, Pierre, Camille and Marcus’s thoroughly well-deserved promotions are a validation of this approach. We have an ambitious growth target, and each of them has an important role to play in helping us deliver on this.”
