Real estate investors Valorem Investment Partners, Revelate Capital and Ekistics Property Advisors have acquired a Dublin office and retail site.
The development, known as Site Two, is based at Newmarket Square in Dublin 8.
The site has existing consent in place for the development of 80,000 sq ft of office and retail space.
Demolition of the existing building, which sits adjacent to the Teeling distillery, is due to commence imminently, with construction due to follow in early 2019.
