In its first-half results, C&R’s six-strong Mall Fund recorded 30 bps of yield compression to stand at 6.5% at 30 June.
It said that, ?in conjunction with its joint venture partner Karoo, it was evaluating the sale of the Waterside, Lincoln, after a number of off-market approaches.
Post-period end, C&R completed its acquisition of a majority stake in the Mall Fund and associated £165m capital raising, reflecting a pro forma NAV up by 8.1% to 53p.
