Dutch firm Vanderlande Industries has signed a 10-year lease for almost 10,000 sq ft at The Quartet, Heathrow.
The company, which supplies airports with check-in equipment, is paying £21.50 per sq ft for the space just off Bath Road.
It joins other tenants, including the Home Office.
Altus Edwin Hill advised the tenant. Savills represented the landlord Threadneedle.
