South African retailer Vanessa G has signed for its debut UK store at 55 Conduit Street, W1.
The fashion brand has agreed a 10-year lease for the 1,523 sq ft shop, at an annual rent of £160,000.
Founded by South African entrepreneur Vanessa Gounden, the company has several high-profile UK fans, including Kelly Brook.
