Vauxhall tower on the block

12-20-Wyvil-Road-VauxhallK2 Property and Network Rail have appointed Cushman & Wakefield to sell a 33- to 37-storey residential tower scheme in Nine Elms after winning planning consent.

The 219-home scheme at 12-20 Wyvil Road, SW8, was approved by the London borough of Lambeth last week.

The scheme includes 175 private, 44 social, 16 affordable rent and 28 intermediate flats as well as 27,000 sq ft of shops and office space. The development also includes a basement car park.

Although the final guide price will depend on the level of section 106 requirements agreed with the council, bids in the region of £45m are expected.

Prices on the flats are expected to be around £1,300 per sq ft. K2

Property is an investment vehicle run James Thompson, a former director at Rock Investment Holdings.
