Crowdfunding platform Property Partner has attracted £5.2m in new investment from a venture capitalist.
The finance came from Index Ventures, one of Europe’s largest venture capital funds, which is behind the makers of Candy Crush King and has previously backed Skype and DropBox.
Property Partner allows people to invest in residential properties though a web platform, giving a share of rental income and capital growth in proportion to their investment.
