VRE Industrial Partners, a joint venture between real estate investment manager Vengrove and an undisclosed institutional investor, has acquired a warehouse in Trafford Park, Manchester, in a sale and leaseback deal.
The previous owner, textiles producer Sadaqat Global, will occupy the site for the next 10 years.
Unit 6 at Westpoint Enterprise Park (pictured) is Sadaqat’s key UK distribution location, spanning 63,500 sq ft.
This is VRE Industrial Partners’ third acquisition in the North West and the second in Manchester within the M60.
