Ventia takes CapCo building

Serviced offices provider Ventia has signed a five-year lease for the whole of Capital & Counties’ 7-8 Henrietta Street, WC2.

Ventia has agreed to take the six-floor 10,864 sq ft building at a basic rent of £37.50 per sq ft, rising to £39.50 per sq ft in the third year.

Toby Hall, associate director at EA Shaw, which acted on behalf of CapCo, said: “There is a strong demand for serviced offices as a greater number of people set up small enterprises and require flexible, on-demand office space. Henrietta Street is a great location in the heart of Covent Garden.”

Ventia was not represented.
