Ventura is to build a £15m call centre on the site of the formerManvers Main Colliery, near Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
The customer service organisation owned by the Next retailing groupplans to move in by November. The Dearne Valley area of South Yorkshire,where the call centre is to be built, suffered dramatically from pitclosures in the 1980s and 1990s.
