Veolia gets green light for Cannock regional offices

  Veolia Environmental Services has been given the go-ahead to create a green regional office in Cannock, Staffordshire.     The recycling and waste management company has taken a 40,000 sq ft prelet on an 18-year lease at the Kingswood Lakeside site, where it plans to relocate staff from its offices at Wolverhampton, Brownhills and Walsall in summer 2011.   Midlands developer Opus Land will build the scheme and invest nearly £7m in the project, which could house up to 400 employees.   lisa.pilkington@estatesgazette.com
