Verde gives Waitrose the green light

Verde-main-entrance-570px Waitrose has agreed a deal with Tishman Speyer to be the supermarket tenant at its Verde SW1 development in Victoria.

It will take 12,500 sq ft on the ground floor on a 15-year lease, paying a rent of around £37.50 per sq ft.

The site will be its second largest in central London. The completed project will total 317,000 sq ft. The offices are available from £72.50 per sq ft. It is due for completion in 2016. BC Retail advised Tishman Speyer; Strutt and Parker acted for Waitrose.
