The Ondernemingskamer in Amsterdam is expected to deliver its verdict on Friday as to whether Rodamco acted improperly with regard to an attempted takeover by Australian competitor Westfield.
It is expected that this will allow the postponed Rodamco NA AGM to take place next Monday.
The alleged problem concerns the issue of extra shares by Rodamco to a friendly institution as a means of keeping Westfield at bay.
