Video hosting service VEVO has let the Lighthouse, WC1, for its new London headquarters.
The company, a joint venture between Sony and Universal, has secured 16,500 sq ft on a 10-year lease at UK Real Estate’s building and is understood to be paying around £1,175,000 pa.
The recently refurbished Lighthouse is located on the corner block of 285-297 Pentonville Road and 372-380 Gray’s Inn Road, WC1, directly opposite King’s Cross/St Pancras station.
Gerald Eve and Levy advised the landlord; Monmouth Dean acted for VEVO.
