Sabre Holdings, the parent company of Last Minute Networks, has sublet 18,310 sq ft of offices at Victoria Gate in Woking, Surrey.
Valiant Petroleum, an upstream oil and gas company, has taken a sub-lease for the remainder of the lease term, expiring November 2014, on the building’s third and fourth floors at a rent of £20.50 per sq ft.
Kieran O’Flynn from Jones Lang LaSalle who negotiated the transaction, said: “Valiant Petroleum already occupies an office building in Woking and their relocation to Victoria Gate makes it the largest office letting in Woking so far this year.”
